Design
Manufacturers often use plastic as a material of choice for their laptops in an effort to keep prices low. The 0914-Z560 3YU raise with a plastic resin exterior design that has a design inspired by the cover, and add an interior of polished metal. Chiclet-style keyboard has keys that are curved so that cradle your fingers when typing. Lenovo has managed to squeeze in a compact keyboard on the numeric keypad, a blessing for number crunchers. Double function keys multimedia controls (play / pause and skip), so you can control your music or video on the fly. You can also adjust the brightness and volume by pressing the Fn + up arrow, down (for shine) and the left, right, (by volume).
Performance
Lenovo IdeaPad Z560 Z560 3YU 0914-0914 3YU-2.67GHz Intel Core processor i5 480 and 4GB of DDR3 memory. The combination that has helped scores a respectable 5800 on our test PCMark Vantage benchmark for computing in general. Dell Inspiron 17R-1695MRB ($ 799.98, 4 stars), which sports the same processor, has scored 261 points more, but not a huge difference between the real world environments.
In the upper right of the keyboard is a bar that has a touch mute, "one key scene" (adjust the PC display and audio output settings when watching a movie or game), "the noise control intelligent "(fan speed control and if the button is touched and pressed it activates the cleaning of dust), and" Energy Management "buttons. The mouse pad has a raised texture that may or may not appeal to you, but I thought it was very nice. The mouse buttons have just the right amount of resistance and was almost silent when clicked.
